Structured Learning Workplace Kit

This program prepares students for entering a manufacturing and engineering workplace and is suitable for students from second semester Year 10 to the end of Year 12.

By the end of the Structured Learning Workplace Program students will be expected to display a foundation level of employability skills and complete a general safety induction course that will prepare you to work in a safe and appropriate manner.

Students may participate in Structured Learning Workplace Program experiences with a maximum of four employees (4 x 1 week blocks) and a minimum one employer (in weekly blocks) or any combination that results in 4 x weekly block of SLWP experiences being completed.

It is the responsibility of the school/student to arrange these experiences and complete the necessary documentation.
